Whitefish Rolls
Ingredients List
- 3 sl Bacon
- 1 Finely diced carrot
- 1 Finely diced celery stalk
- 1 Finely diced small onion
- 1 c Grated havarti
- 6 Whitefish fillets
- 2 tb Butter
- 2 c MORNAY sauce
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Finely dice bacon & saute. Add vegetables & sauce
until tender. Allow to cool. Combine mixture with cheese. Press
cheese mixture onto each fillet & roll. Bake in buttered pan for
15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, place on plates & cover with heated
Mornay.
