Wild Rice Tuna Skillet
Ingredients List
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c Dairy sour cream
- 1 pk (4.4-oz) Uncle Ben's long
- -grain & wild rice stuffing
- -blend with natural chicken
- -flavor
- 1 1/4 c Water
- 3 tb Butter or margarine
- 1 cn (6.5-oz) solid white tuna;
- -drained and broken into
- -chunks
- Sliced green onions; if
- -desired
Directions
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; set aside. Remove and reserve bread
crumb packet from package. Combine water, butter and contents of rice and
seasoning packets in 10-inch skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover
and simmer 5 minutes. Sitr in tuna. Remove from heat and stir in contenst
of reserved bread crumb packet. Spoon mayonnaise over center of tuna
mixture. Sprinkle green onions over top. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, or
until water is absorbed. Makes 4 servings.
