Wingers Sticky Fingers Mac and Cheese

Ingredients List
- 1 pkg pasta (your favorite kind), cooked according to pkg directions
- 1/2 pkg popcorn chicken, cooked according to pkg directions
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- CHEESE SAUCE
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 Tbs Flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- WINGERS SAUCE
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 Tbs hot sauce (Franks works nicely)
- 1 Tbs water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
In medium pot on stove melt your butter, once whisk in your flour and heat until bubbly.
Next slowly add in your cream and reduce heat until thickened.
Once thickened stir in your cheese until melted, reduce heat to low.
In another pan, add all your Wingers sauce ingredients and stir to blend, bring to a boil and heat until sugar is dissolved.
Stir your Wingers sauce into your cheese sauce.
In 2qt casserole dish add your cooked pasta and your popcorn chicken.
Pour sauce over the top and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with your 1 cup of cheese.
Cover and cook for about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
