Winter Fruit Salad with Curried Yogurt Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 8 oz Spinach; Leaves Torn
  • 1 Apple; Cut Into 1/2" Cubes
  • 1 Pear; Cut Into 1/2" Cubes
  • 1 Stalk Celery; Coarsely
  • -Chopped
  • 1 c Seedless Grapes
  • 1 c Bean Sprouts


1/3 c Plain Yogurt
2 tb Lemon Juice
1 tb Honey
1/2 ts Curry Powder
1 ds Ground Cinnamon

In salad bowl, toss together salad ingredients. In small mixing bowl
combine dressing ingredients, mixing well. Spoon over the salad and toss.
Garnish with sesame seeds, raw sunflower seeds or chopped walnuts. Serve


*substitute lettuce for spinach
