Wonton Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients List
- 1 package, 12 oz, wonton wrappers (48 wrappers in a package)
- 1 package, 8 oz, shredded pepper jack cheese
- 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 24 oz, vegetable oil for frying
- water
Directions
Place wonton on a flat surface and add 1 teaspoon of cheese. Top with a few jalapeno
peppers. Wet the edges of the wonton and fold the bottom corner to the top corner.
Press to seal. Tuck in the ends and seal with water.
Repeat until you have 48 wontons.
Heat hot oil at least 2" deep. Fry wontons, about 2 minutes each side, and drain on paper towels.
Serve immediately.
