- 5 cup cauliflower, florets
- 1 1â„2 qt water
- 1 clove garlic, optional
- 1â„4 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1â„4 tsp salt
Directions
1. Steam cauliflower and garlic for 15 minutes or until tender, drain well.
2. Blend or food process together the cauliflower, garlic, mayo and salt until creamy.
Serve.
