Yogurt-Tahini Dressing

 Ingredients List

  • 1/2 c Green onion
  • 1/2 c Onions
  • 1/3 c Vinegar
  • 3/4 c Peanut oil
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 2/3 c Sesame butter; (tahini)
  • 1/4 c Tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tb Dill weed
  • 1 ts Salt
  • 1 qt Lowfat yogurt

 Directions

Blend all ingredients except yogurt in a blender. Then add yogurt and blend
BRIEFLY. The longer you blend, the thicker it gets.
