Zucchini Bake

 Ingredients List

  • 1 c Bisquick® baking mix
  • 3 c Zucchini; thinly sliced
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 Onion; chopped
  • 1/2 c Romano cheese; grated
  • 2 tb Parsley
  • 1 Clove garlic; minced
  • 1 ds Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 ts Salt

 Directions

Mix all together. Bake in a 13 X 9" pan at 350F degrees for 30 to 40
minutes.
