Zucchini Mandarin

 Ingredients List

  • 1 lb Zucchini
  • 8 oz Canned mandarine oranges
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/4 c Slivered almonds, toasted

 Directions

Cut the zucchini into slices. Steam until tender.
Add the orange slices and the nutmeg. Sprinkle with the almonds just
