Zucchini Tomato Medley

 Ingredients List

  • 2 tb Margarine or butter
  • 1/3 c Chopped onion
  • 3 md Zucchini; sliced
  • 2 md Tomatoes; cut in wedges
  • 1/2 ts Dried basil leaves -or-
  • 1 1/2 ts Chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/8 ts Pepper

 Directions

Melt margarine in large skillet. Add onion and zucchini; cook and stir
over medium-high heat until crisp-tender.

Add remaining ingredients; cook until tomatoes are thoroughly heated.
