Lemon Pepper Buffalo Wings

Ingredients List
- 2 lbs buffalo cut wings

- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ~~~~~ Sauce ~~~~~
- 2 tbsp ghee, melted
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sea salt

Directions
1. Marinate wings in a gallon sized ziplock bag overnight or for at least 1 hour.
2. Cook wings. I like them on the grill best. If oven baking, bake on parchment at 425F for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through, flipping halfway. When they are cooked, place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Melt the ghee and add the rest of the sauce ingredients to the pan.
4. Pour sauce on wings and toss in the mixing bowl until coated evenly.
