Baked Chicken Tenders With Cayenne Pepper

Ingredients List
- 10-12 chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- salt & pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- oil spray
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Get out your chicken tenders and sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper. You can use fresh or frozen tenders
3. Start your taking your little tenders through the dredging process. 4. Dip in flour and shake of the excess. Then dip in egg mixture and let the excess drip off. Last coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Press mixture into the tender on both sides so no egg or chicken is showing
Pop in the freezer for 8-10 minutes to allow coating to settle and stick into chicken
5. Place a greased rack on a baking sheet (don't hold back spraying the rack)
6. After each tender is dredged, spray with any kind of oil spray (vegetable, canola, olive oil etc.) and place on the rack
7. Place in the oven for 15-17 minutes, until golden brown. If you want them darker, broil for last 2 minutes
