Ingredients List
- 40g liquid cream
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 50g dark chocolate
Directions
Pour cream into a saucepan, add the coffee and stir.
Cook over low heat, add the chocolate broken into pieces.
When all the ingredients have melted, mix, remove from heat and leave to cool.
Put in the fridge for about 30 minutes, until thickens enough to spread easily
