Category: Gifts, Christmas
Ingredients List
- 2 cup good Irish whiskey (we use Jameson Irish Whiskey)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 (14-ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milk (you can use regular)
- 2 tablespoons Hershey's chocolate syrup (melting baking chocolate works as well)
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cold coffee
Directions
1-Place all of the ingredients in an immersion blender or normal blender and mix on high speed for 20 seconds.
2-Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. I use mason jars when gifting but for our home I will use an air tight bottle. :)
3-You store it in the fridge for up to two months, and just be sure to shake well before using.
4-And that whole 10 minutes of your time, for a very amazing homemade knockoff of Baileys! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
