Honey Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients List
- 2 Salmon fillets or steaks
- 4 tablespoons of dark soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons of light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of honey (3 syns)
- little juice from a fresh lemon (about 1 tablespoon)
- Frylight or Pam spray
- ~~ for noodles ~~
- 140g of egg noodles
- 2 cups of frozen wax beans (yellow and green) and carrots (or use other veg of your choice)
- couple of dashes of light soy sauce
Directions
Add the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger and lemon juice to a bowl and mix to make the marinade.
Place salmon in a flat dish and cover with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Add the noodles to a large saucepan of water, to soften and then drain and set aside.
Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade.
Spray a frying pan or skillet over a medium heat with some Pam or Frylight spray and cook the salmon fillets on each side, until nice and golden, ensuring the salmon is cooked through.
In the meantime spray a wok with some Pam spray or Frylight and add you frozen wax beans and carrots and cook for approx 3-5 mins, stir in the noodles, add a couple of dashes of light soy sauce.
Serve the Salmon on a bed of the noodles and veg.
