- Butter flavored nonstick spray
- 1/4 green pepper, sliced
- 1/4 sweet onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Pinch of dried Italian herbs

1. Heat up a nonstick skillet (medium-high heat).
2. Liberally spray with the nonstick spray. Sauté onions, peppers and spices until golden and caramely.
3. Once they are cooked to your preference, add the Worcestershire sauce and while frequently stirring, continue to cook for another minute, or until sauce is reduced.
4. Transfer to a dish until ready to serve.
5. Next, prepare the roast beef rolls. Take your string cheese and wrap a slice of roast beef around it. If you need to, respray your pan.
6. Cook the rolls on one side until they get a little brown.
