Rabbit Patch Easter Pudding Pie

Ingredients List
- 1 pack instant chocolate pudding, made according to package directions
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 12 chocolate cream cookies (such as Oreos), crushed
- marshmallow rabbits as needed
- carrots as needed
- Italian parsley as needed
Directions
1. Spread the chocolate pudding in an even layer on the bottom of a eight inch square baking pan.
2. On top of the pudding, spread the whipped cream evenly to cover the first layer.
3. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate cream cookies over the top of the whipped cream.
4. Decorate the top of the layered pie with marshmallow rabbits and miniature carrots. To make the carrots seen in the photo, insert a toothpick into the top of baby carrots and insert pieces of Italian parsley to replicate carrot greenery.
