Preheat oven to 180ÂșC
For the cake:
Sift together: 375ml Cake flour
75ml Cacao powder
2,5ml Salt
15ml Baking powder
Whisk eggwhites from 6 eggs and keep aside
Whisk together: 6 Egg yolks
375ml Sugar
200ml Sunflower oil
5ml Vanilla essence
200ml Warm water
Mix egg mixture with sifted dry ingredients. Fold in the eggwhites. Pour mixture into a greased ovenproof dish . Bake 25-30 minutes or until cooked. In the meantime prepare the sauce.
Sauce:
Cook together for 2-3 minutes: 375ml Sugar
75ml Coffee powder
10ml Vanilla essence
375ml Water
Pour over cake when it comes out of the oven.
When cooled down top cake first with caramel condenced milk and then with wipped cream and lastly with some flades chocolate.
Slice and enjoy!
