Candied Walnuts

Mix corn syrup, sugar, water, and salt in a heavy sauce pan. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves, boil until candy thermometer says soft ball stage about 238°F. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, cinnamon and walnuts. Turn out on waxed paper and pull the nuts apart while cooling.
