PASTRY
1 1/4 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Shortening
5 tb Cool water
Cook peaches until tender with 2/3 cup sugar, lemon juice and salt. Add 1/2
stick butter, flour, remaining sugar and cinnamon. Top with pastry, pour
remaining butter over top. Cook in preheated 350 oven for 30 minutes...
