Ingredients List
- 15 graham crackers, crushed
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 package (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1â„2 cup white sugar
- 3â„4 cup milk
- 4 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1â„4 cup all-purpose flour
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press onto bottom of the springform pan.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar just until smooth. Blend in milk, then mix in eggs one at a time, mixing only enough to incorporate. Mix in sour cream, vanilla extract, and flour until smooth. 4. Pour filling into prepared crust. Note: overworking the filling will affect the texture of the cheesecake, so mix just enough to combine the ingredients.
5. Bake for 1 hour. Turn the oven off and let the cake cool in oven with the door closed for 5 to 6 hours to prevent cracking. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.
