Scampi Style Grilled Shrimp

 Ingredients List

  • 8 tablespoons olive oil, I used lemon flavored
  • 8 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 8 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • crushed red pepper to taste
  • Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh flat leaf parsley

 Directions

Grill should be set at medium high temp, and cooked face down 2-3 minutes, turned and continue cooking 2-3 minutes until done.
